The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the metro and only a few stops away from the city center. there were amenities nearby such as a supermarket and bakery. the apartment itself was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for our group of friends. Despite some dated furnishings, the staff provided excellent service, attending to any issues promptly. the hotel offered good value for the price we paid, making it suitable for our short sightseeing stay.
The surrounding area of the hotel was not the best, lacking in safety and ambiance.

The flat was very large, with an individual living room, kitchen, bedroom...The flat is located not so far from the subway station, chich is convenient when you come from the airport or if you go visit the center.
The area where is located the hotel is not pleasant, but for the price you can easily live with that, and it was secure as well.

Manageress, Natalia was really hospitable and helpful. Apartment was spacious and clean.Well located- we were able to walk to Attiki metro easily. We also benefited from the red bus hop on hop off tour as the bus stops near the hotel (stop no 11 at the National Archeological Museum) so were able to walk from there and save a metro fare.
Kitchen not that well equipped - no toaster and cooker plates very slow. Very limited work space so was quite difficult to cook proper meals. However restaurant "Moldova" just next door offers delicious meals at a good price. Shower doors broken so floor flooded (Natalia was informed and said she had ordered a new set so this will probably be rectified).

I stayed at a hotel during Christmas and it was quite affordable. The location was great since it was near a metro station and had a supermarket and bakery nearby. The hotel room was spacious and clean, offering all the basics for my stay. The staff was quite friendly and always willing to help with any issues.
The area surrounding the hotel was not very safe and I was advised not to walk around after 6 pm, due to incidents involving gangsters. the hotel was quite outdated which made it feel a little uncomfortable.

Decent location, interesting multi-ethnic area, large apartment.
Apartment wasn't exactly as advertised. Advertised as 2 sitting rooms but in fact there was one sitting room containing beds and no chairs and one empty room acting as an entrance hall.

If you are renting a car during your holiday in Athens, you must stay at Centro Residence. Parking is free/included and the lot enterance is 10 feet from the front door and very secure. The room has a full kitchen with more apointments than you could ever need. The rooms wood floor was a nice touch. There are many places to eat nearby in the neighborhood as well as an open air market.
Some reviews commented on the quality of the neighborhood. During our stay driving around Athens, it appeared to look and feel like any other neighborhood in town. We like the location of the hotel as it provided a glimpse into the life of ordinary Athenians.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station and there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby, making it easy to stock up on food and supplies. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. the price is reasonable for a short stay, making it a good value.
The neighborhood isn't the best, with some unsavory characters hanging around after 6 pm that might make guests feel uncomfortable. some of the facilities are a bit dated, such as a broken shower head and a toilet roll holder that falls off easily.

very good location, easy access to the subway
the neighborhood is so so, and it doesn't look safe if walking to the place at night alone

Spacious, comfortable, and pleasant apartment, we were surprised and pleased at how fine it was. We'd strongly recommend it, the staff spoke English and were attentive, polite, and helpful.
Shower kept flooding the bathroom floor easily. Also it was a nuisance having to turn the boiler on/off for showers. Lastly since it's in a lively 'working class' type of inner city area some guests might feel uncomfortable with this type of area; we had people sitting on the apartment stoop late at night and we had to ask them to stand aside so we could get indoors, they were fine and polite, but even so.....

Location is not far from downtown, many shops and groceries around.
There was always smell of asian cuisine. Maybe it will be better to improve ventilation system.

The apartment was really big so my kid had a lot of space to play. Also the kitchen was well equipped.
The covers of the sofa and the chairs were dirty. But the apartment in general was very clean and with new furnitures.

Price is good, rooms are very large (probably converted old households), staff was kind. The room had a good equipped kitchen.
Bathroom was not so clean and had a bad smell sometimes. The location is one of the worst of Athens. The one and only member of the hotel's staff was very kind but not enough as he was supposed to do everything, from reception services to cleaning the rooms. The building seems old and the elevator is very small. Almost all the time, there was no one on the reception desk and you had to ring a bell for the guy to come up.

Very friendly staff. Near metro. Parking is wonderful. Very good benefit/cost ratio. Huge apartment.
Metro is close but not so close (500 meters - 1/4 mile). Block is not nice, but not dangerous. Kitchen is old and little.
